Internal transfer interview
Yesterday 3th Febuary I have opportunity to talk with my supervisar about transfer.
Now I am working on Infrastructure team, but I do not going well.
There are some reasons.
First, I am interesting in information technology, but I have not learned infra yet.
So it is diffucult to work on it.
Second, my company is foreign company.
I am just guessing but it is very hard compare with other traditional company in Japan.
My supervisars use harsh words.
I could not take it anymore them.
I met some people who work on other team.
They recommended that transfer.
The product we handle on is very complex one.
Perhaps I made bad choice.
I want to transfer. By doing so, I want to restart my career in my company.
